• Campaign Execution
• Manage paid campaigns across Meta, YouTube, X and TikTok for each film and behind-the-scenes release
• Optimise campaigns in-flight based on performance data, adjusting targeting, creative and spend allocation as needed
• Ensure each film reaches beyond Wonder's existing audience and into the broader communities each title is built for: music fans, K-pop audiences, fashion and culture communities, sci-fi viewers
• Reporting and Optimisation
• Provide clear, regular reporting on paid performance across views, reach, follower growth and app conversions
• Surface insights quickly and translate them into actionable changes across live campaigns
• Feed learnings from early launches into the strategy for subsequent films in the season
• Proven experience running paid social campaigns across Meta, YouTube, X and TikTok
• Strong understanding of audience targeting and how to reach new communities beyond an existing follower base
• Ability to work across multiple simultaneous campaigns within a fast-moving, fortnightly launch cadence
• Comfortable working with creative teams to select the right formats for each platform
• Clear, concise communicator who can translate data into decisions
• Genuine interest in film, culture or creative technology is a plus
