mashgin - Field Marketing Specialist
Requirements
• 2+ years in field marketing other relevant experience that demonstrates your ability to succeed with the above work products. • Elite organizational and project management skills - inclusive of event logistics, travel, budgeting, material production • Prior experience managing a budget and tracking ROI of marketing investments. • Strong written and verbal communications skills - you don’t need to be a content marketer, but you will need to communicate externally and represent Mashgin with partners and at events. • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds • Willingness and ability to travel 30-40% of the time • Experience with basic marketing technologies (Hubspot, Figma, Webflow, for example) • Experience with retail technology and/or Food Service Operators (think Aramark, Sodexo, Compass)
Responsibilities
• Develop and execute marketing campaign strategies to drive sales growth in the field service sector. • Analyze industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for our products/services. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, customer success, and technical support, to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business objectives. • Manage the creation and distribution of promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, newsletters, and social media content across various channels (e.g., print, digital, email). • Measure campaign performance using key metrics like lead generation, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, retention rates, etc. Adjust strategies based on data insights to optimize results. • Attend industry events such as trade shows and conferences regularly for networking opportunities with potential clients/partners and staying updated about the latest developments in our sector. • Maintain a professional online presence through active participation in relevant social media platforms, sharing valuable content that showcases expertise while engaging directly with customers to build relationships.
