Endor Labs - Field Marketing Manager
Requirements
• 5+ years of direct experience planning and executing marketing events, including trade shows, conferences, community events, or developer-focused activations. • Experience in developer relations, developer community building, or technical community engagement and cybersecurity is a strong plus • Experience with tools such as SalesForce, WebFlow, Asana, Hubspot and Canva • A creative spark and a track record of outside-the-box thinking. You’ve designed event experiences that made people stop, pay attention, and remember the brand long after the conference floor closed. • Strong project management skills with an ability to juggle multiple events and workstreams simultaneously. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You build relationships easily with vendors, sponsors, partners, and cross-functional teams. • You see AI as a creative collaborator and you're always experimenting with new ways to utilise it • Experience managing event budgets with a proven ability to deliver high-impact results within allocated resources. • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time, including internationally.
