Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in marketing, event management, or a similar role • Highly organized and reliable, with strong project management skills • Comfortable juggling competing deadlines and shifting priorities • Strong communicator and true team player • Self-motivated and proactive — someone who gets things done without needing hand-holding • Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is a plus
Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end logistics for trade shows: booth setup, swag, dinners, travel, and registration • Coordinate pre- and post-event outreach (email, LinkedIn, paid ads, app content, attendee lists) • Support presenters with slide content, planning, and logistics for conference talks • Maintain an organized conference calendar and help evaluate future opportunities • Track and report on event outcomes to improve our ROI over time • Support webinars and other virtual events from setup to execution • Handle logistics for ABM gifting campaigns (packaging, shipping, tracking) • Own vendor and association relationships tied to events and sponsorships • Track and manage event budgets
