Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive product awareness and adoption within the target audience. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, customer success, engineering, design, UX/UI, legal, finance, HR, etc., for alignment on messaging across all touchpoints of a campaign or initiative to ensure consistent branding experience and maximize impact at scale. • Identify new market opportunities by conducting competitive analysis, customer research, industry trends monitoring, and engagement with potential partners/influencers in the ecosystem for growth expansion strategies. • Develop a comprehensive understanding of target audience demographics to inform product positioning decisions that resonate best within each segment or niche market identified as part of our go-to-market strategy (e.g., enterprise, SMBs). This includes identifying and analyzing customer personas based on data from various sources such as surveys/interviews with customers in the field; competitive intelligence research to understand how similar products are positioned within each segment or niche market identified by our go-to-market strategy. • Develop, execute, monitor, measure & optimize product launch campaigns across multiple channels (e.g., social media platforms like LinkedIn and Twitter for B2B audiens; Facebook/Instagram for consumer segments) to drive awareness of the new offering within target audience(s). This includes developing creative assets such as videos or images, writing copy that resonates with each segment's unique needs & pain points (e.g., enterprise vs B2C), and creating a comprehensive launch plan for execution across multiple channels to ensure consistent branding experience at scale; monitoring campaign performance in real-time using analytics tools like Google Analytics or Adobe Audience Manager, making adjustments as needed based on data insights (e.g., changing ad creatives/copy midway through a campaign if initial results are not meeting expectations); measuring key metrics such as reach, engagement rate, click-through rates to assess the effectiveness of each channel and overall impact; optimizing future launches by analyzing performance data from previous successful or unsuccessful efforts. • Develop & execute market research studies (e.g., surveys/interviews) with target audience members across various touchpoints in their customer journey, including pre-launch testing phases for new product features to gather feedback on usability issues and identify areas of improvement before finalizing the launch plan; analyze data insights from these interactions using tools like Google Analytics or Adobe Audience Manager (e.g., heatmaps) & conduct competitive analysis against similar products in our ecosystem/industry landscape for identifying gaps that we can leverage as differentiators within each segment's unique needs; synthesize findings
