Requirements
• 6-10+ years in marketing, with prior experience as the marketing lead at a high-growth startup. • Proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue, not just leads or brand awareness. • Deep expertise in demand generation, growth marketing, and performance channels. • Strong analytical mindset with a focus on metrics, conversion, and ROI. • Highly hands-on — comfortable executing as well as leading. • Strong bias for action and personal accountability. • Experience in real estate, proptech, or SaaS platforms. • Experience operating in fast-paced, resource-constrained environments where you have had to do more with less. • Familiarity with both B2B and B2C growth strategies. • WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE • A predictable, scalable pipeline generation engine is in place within the first 3-6 months. • Clear CAC, LTV, and channel performance visibility across the business. • Measurable contribution to revenue growth that leadership can point to. • Strong, well-aligned relationship between marketing, sales, and product. • Revenue-Obsessed • You care about pipeline and revenue, not vanity metrics. You know the difference and you hold yourself to it. • Fast & Experimental • You launch quickly, learn fast, and are not precious about changing direction when the data tells you to. • You are not a manager who delegates everything — you can write copy, run a campaign, and pull the data yourself. • Strategically Sharp • You can zoom out and set direction, then zoom back in to make sure it gets executed properly. • Highly Accountable • You own your numbers, your budget, and your outcomes — no excuses, just solutions. • You work closely with sales and product and see alignment as a competitive advantage, not a nice-to-have.
Responsibilities
• GROWTH STRATEGY & PIPELINE OWNERSHIP • Own pipeline generation and marketing-attributed revenue targets end to end. • Build and execute a high-velocity, experiment-led growth strategy across paid, organic, and outbound channels. • Rapidly test, iterate, and double down on what works — and cut what does not. • DEMAND GENERATION & ACQUISITION • Launch and scale performance marketing across paid media, SEO, partnerships, and lifecycle channels. • Build scalable acquisition channels that reduce CAC over time without sacrificing growth. • Create high-impact content that drives both demand and credibility in the market.
