Sierra - GTM Operations Analyst
Requirements
• 5-10 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, private equity, corporate strategy, or business operations; and 2+ years of investment banking or consulting experience required. • Outstanding English, and business Japanese communication skills with the ability to distill complex ideas and problems into straightforward, actionable recommendations, especially to executives. • High EQ with a resilient approach allowing you to overcome challenges and setbacks in a fast-paced environment quickly. • A methodical, process-driven mentality that is focused on both accuracy and efficiency. Responsibilities
• Drive end-to-end strategic projects such as building business cases and execution plans for new markets, performing financial and data analysis on product performance, and developing frameworks for annual planning. • Act as a thought partner to leaders across the company to improve business planning, performance & execution. • Master Sierra’s daily operations, identify inefficiencies and improve our capabilities by optimizing existing processes and introducing new ones. • Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure seamless execution of cross-functional projects. • Wear many hats!
