OKX - Growth Product Manager, Referral/Campaign
Requirements
• At least 2 years of experience in product management or growth hacking related field • Strong background in agile methodologies, data-driven strategy, and data analysis. Proficiency in growth data and experience using data to inform decision making • Experience in Campaign planning and the crypto industry preferred • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving results
Responsibilities
• Lead the development and execution of growth strategies for our products • Identify and prioritize growth opportunities through data analysis and customer insights • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and test hypotheses for growth experiments • Use agile methodologies to manage the development and deployment of growth initiatives • Analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of growth efforts and inform decision making • Use SQL to extract and analyze data from various sources • Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new products or features
