OKX - Principal/Senior Product Manager, Growth
Requirements
• As a Growth Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of growth strategies for our products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, marketing, and customer success, to identify and prioritize growth opportunities, conduct experiments, and measure results.
Responsibilities
• Lead the development and execution of growth strategies for our products • Identify and prioritize growth opportunities through data analysis and customer insights • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and test hypotheses for growth experiments • Use agile methodologies to manage the development and deployment of growth initiatives • Analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of growth efforts and inform decision making • Use SQL to extract and analyze data from various sources • Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new products or features • What We Look For In You • At least 3 years of experience in product management or growth hacking related field • Strong insights into user preferences in different countries/cultures. Know how to use differentiated growth strategies in different regions • Strong background in agile methodologies, data-driven strategy, and data analysis. Proficiency in growth data and experience using data to inform decision making • Experience in go-to-market planning and the crypto industry preferred • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving results • Bachelor's or Master's degree of top 100 universities in a related field (e.g. computer science, business, marketing, finance) preferred
