• Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Emergency Medicine, with meaningful experience providing longitudinal patient care. • 3+ years of post-residency clinical practice (5+ preferred), including managing chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, weight management, and metabolic health. • Direct physician management experience, including coaching, performance management, and delivering difficult feedback. Three or more years preferred, though strong candidates with less experience will be considered. • Currently practicing medicine or having provided direct patient care within the past three months. • 10+ active U.S. state medical licenses and willingness to obtain additional licenses. • Virtual care experience, strong written communication skills, and comfort with asynchronous, messaging-based care. • Recruitment Fraud Notice.
