Develop and implement a cohesive field marketing strategy that supports Aledade’s overall LUM goals ensuring alignment of field marketing campaigns with brand strategy and market needs. Also establish key performance indicators and leverage data to measure, report and improve marketing performance.
Ensure the consistency and quality of marketing campaigns, messaging, and events across diverse regions. Coordinate with Brand Strategy and Portfolio Marketing teams to align with Aledade’s value proposition.
Develop, manage, and oversee the allocation of the field marketing budget across regions and key priority states. Work in collaboration with financial planners to optimize spending and maximize return on investment.
