Requirements
• 7+ years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 5+ years in an HR Business Partner or generalist capacity. • Expertise in London employment practices; knowledge of employment law across other EMEA jurisdictions is a plus. • Proven experience supporting managers and employees in a fast-paced, high-growth technology company. • Strong track record of advising leaders, resolving employee relations matters, and leading HR programs end-to-end. • Passionate about understanding business goals and building people solutions that drive growth and innovation. • High emotional intelligence (EQ), empathy, and excellent communication skills (both written and verbal). • Experienced across a broad set of HR disciplines, including, learning & development, performance management, policies, and organizational effectiveness. • Forward-thinking, adaptable, and comfortable with ambiguity, bringing creativity to problem-solving. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently. • Trusted partner with the ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate outstanding judgment.
Responsibilities
• Act as a trusted partner and advisor to Talos leaders and employees across the EMEA region on talent management practices. • Own key elements of the employee lifecycle including recruitment processes, orientation programs, performance evaluations, career development opportunities, conflict resolutions, exit interviews, and succession planning for senior roles within Europe. • Collaborate with leaders to align people strategies with business goals by proactively addressing challenges in talent acquisition, retention, engagement, and leadership development across the EMEA region. • Lead performance management cycles including setting objectives, conducting regular check-ins, providing feedback for improvement, recognizing achievements, facilitating career advancement opportunities within Europe. • Support employee relations matters by investigating conflicts or grievances in partnership with global People team and implementing solutions to resolve issues while maintaining a positive work environment across the EMEA region. • Monitor HR reports and metrics regularly to identify trends, provide insights for decision making, recommend innovative solutions that enhance employee experience within Europe.
