Requirements

• 2–4 years of hands-on performance marketing experience, with direct execution experience in both paid search (Google Ads required) and affiliate or aggregator channel management. • Practical experience managing paid search campaigns including keyword builds, ad copy trafficking, match type management, and bid adjustments; familiarity with value-based bidding strategies (target ROAS, target CPA) preferred. • Experience supporting or managing affiliate partner relationships, including creative asset trafficking, partner reporting, and billing reconciliation; familiarity with affiliate platforms (Impact, Commission Junction). • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; able to manage high task volume across multiple brands without sacrificing execution accuracy or SLA adherence. • Proficient in Google Ads UI, Microsoft Ads UI, and Google Analytics 4 or comparable analytics tools; experience working with Looker or similar BI dashboards preferred. • Solid understanding of UTM parameters, conversion tracking concepts, and pixel-based attribution; comfortable identifying and escalating tracking discrepancies. • Collaborative team player who communicates proactively, takes direction well, and brings initiative in surfacing performance issues before they compound. • This role also offers bonus pay. Actual starting pay will be based on factors such as skills, qualifications, training, and experience. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
