Requirements

• Demonstrated experience building and scaling programs from 0→1 in Growth, Product, or Community roles. • Strong creative instincts paired with a bias for action and ability to execute with speed and precision. • Execution-oriented with strong project management skills—you ship fast, iterate based on feedback, and drive results • Data-driven approach to community strategy with ability to set KPIs, analyze performance, and optimize programs • Knows how to create useful and memorable events • Comfortable collaborating across functions and regions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Shape and execute Legora’s global community strategy, ensuring online and offline initiatives directly support revenue growth, customer retention, and overall business expansion for priority client segments. • Identify, engage, and empower standout community members, champions, and power users across our customer base. • Design and implement the operating model, tools, and systems required to scale community programs globally. • Create measurement frameworks that clearly tie community activity to activation, retention, expansion, and revenue outcomes.
