YipitData (Alternative) - IT Delivery Engineer II
Responsibilities
• Design, implement, and maintain the systems and platforms that support the company’s internal IT environment • Administer and troubleshoot SaaS platforms and endpoint management systems including Kandji, Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Zoom, and other core business tools • Manage and improve device management and endpoint configuration across the global fleet using MDM platforms • Partner with Security and Infrastructure teams to ensure systems meet company security and compliance standards • Lead and contribute to IT infrastructure and service delivery improvement projects that increase system reliability and operational efficiency • Evaluate and implement new technologies that enhance IT service delivery, system management, and automation • Develop automation and tooling to streamline provisioning, configuration management, and operational workflows • Maintain accurate system configuration and asset data to support operational visibility and audits • Create and maintain documentation for IT systems, processes, and operational procedures • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across IT, Security, Engineering, and Operations to improve the scalability and reliability of internal systems • You Are Likely To Succeed If • You have 4+ years of experience in a modern IT, systems engineering, or IT infrastructure role supporting a distributed workforce • You have hands-on experience administering MDM/endpoint management platforms (Kandji, Jamf, or Intune) and core SaaS tools (Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Zoom) • You have led or made significant contributions to IT infrastructure or platform improvement projects — not just ticket queues • You look for opportunities to automate and build tooling rather than repeat manual work • You are comfortable owning ambiguous problems end to end in a fast-paced, global environment • You communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and partner well across Security, Engineering, and Operations • You are motivated by measurable improvements to system reliability, operational efficiency, and employee experience
