• You take an empathetic approach towards leadership. • While you are not expected to be developing, as a former engineer, you can hold your own in technical conversations. • Engineering management experience with a strong track record of rapidly shipping products on schedule with Agile processes. • An innate ability to not just lead your teams but effectively influence the broader organization. You are the person who former employees want to work for again! • Strong knowledge and experience leveraging SaaS based engineering principles. • Experience working remotely.
