• 5+ years of experience in client-facing roles within the advertising, creative, social or marketing industry.
• Experience managing B2B clients and complex stakeholder relationships.
• Significant hands-on experience working with clients across social channels, with a strong understanding of both organic and paid social.
• Strong understanding of major social platforms, including their audiences, formats, creative best practices and measurement approaches.
• Experience developing or contributing to social strategies, content plans and campaign recommendations.
• Strong understanding of social media production, including social-first content creation, briefing, scheduling, publishing and campaign execution.
• Experience interpreting social analytics and performance data and turning insights into actionable recommendations for clients.
• Previous experience managing a small team, encouraging brainstorming, collaboration and open discussion to foster a creative environment.
• Experience using market, cultural, audience and platform insights to inform strategic decisions and develop effective business and social strategies.
