Requirements
• Bachelors or Masters degree required, preferably in life sciences • Knowledge or understanding of bio-pharmaceutical, diagnostic, or life-science tools industry preferred • Ability to conduct both qualitative and quantitative primary and secondary research on clinical, scientific, and business issues • Must possess strong attention to detail • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook) • Strong problem solving and structuring skills
Responsibilities
• Independently procures information through secondary research • Consistently produces work product with data that is accurate and correctly cited • Participates in and when fully capable, independently conducts primary interviews and/or covers conferences to ensure all relevant and useful information is gathered • Develops well-thought out and complete interview guides to support primary research • Proficient in modeling • Prepares “client ready” product (e.g. PowerPoint materials) with clear analytical structure and insight • Uses available data to structure a logical and defensible conclusion • Regularly complies with protocol for client presentations and performs self-checks for accuracy and thoroughness • Exhibits understanding of the purpose and context of individual work product within overall client deliverable
