Remote Junior NA Mental Health Sales Representative Growth Manager Prospecting Customer Success Business Development

Requirements

• 1+ year(s) of experience in sales, business development, recruiting, customer success, or another relationship-driven role • Self-directed: comfortable owning a pipeline and hitting goals without a lot of oversight • Able to do both sides of the job: sell someone on joining, and tell someone they're not a fit • Strong written and verbal communicator • Experience recruiting or vetting licensed clinicians • Background in healthcare or behavioral health

Responsibilities

• Source and reach out to prospective providers for Emora's clinician network • Run screening conversations that assess licensure, experience, and fit for Emora's client population; this is not just a volume/closing job • Pitch qualified candidates on Emora: the platform, compensation, and credentialing/onboarding process • Own your pipeline end to end: track prospects, follow up, move people through the process • Guide signed providers through onboarding: profile setup, adding availability, and getting to their first scheduled and seen client • Flag or disqualify candidates who aren't a fit, even when it costs you a number
