Requirements

Responsibilities
• Be the Finance owner of expansion activities, particularly international expansion, identifying which expansionary activities are performing and assessing resource allocation. Provide effective steering to the business as it seeks to achieve its growth goals. • Dive deep into areas of our business and figure out where we can set aggressive targets, and then work with cross-functional teams to develop and execute initiatives around those recommendations • Facilitate collaboration across departments including operations, engineering, and product to drive strategic projects and external engagements. Be an advocate and stakeholder for the Finance team in those rooms. • Identify operational inefficiencies and devise scalable solutions to enhance business performance and market positioning • Utilize advanced data analysis to inform strategic decision-making and drive business growth. • Demonstrated bias for action and a relentless pursuit of results. Not afraid to have backbone or suggest new ideas to more senior leaders. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines
