Requirements
• 7+ years leading growth at a high-growth B2C app or marketplace (mobile-first preferred) • Strong track record scaling user acquisition in competitive US consumer markets • Highly proficient in cohort analysis, LTV modeling, and full-funnel optimization • Equally comfortable in paid media platforms and building attribution infrastructure • Experience in proving unit economics with constrained budgets before scaling • Preferably US-based (or UK-based with a demonstrable and deep understanding of the US market) • $120,000 - $140,000 a year • Applications for this role are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Responsibilities
• Develop and execute growth marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer acquisition. • Analyze data from various sources to identify trends and opportunities for targeted campaigns. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and digital operations, to align on goals and tactics. • Manage a team of growth marketing specialists or lead the department as part of their role in driving revenue generation strategies. • Oversee social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc., to engage with target audiences and drive traffic towards conversion funnels. • Develop content marketing plans that include blog posts, whitepapers, eBooks, webinars, infographics, videos, podcasts, email campaigns, social media snippets, guest articles on industry publications to promote brand awareness and generate leads/conversions. ✅ (This is an implied responsibility based on the role's focus) • Monitor competitors’ marketing strategies for insights into best practices or areas of improvement in their own growth efforts. • Develop partnerships with influencers, affiliates, content creators and other third parties to expand brand reach through co-marketing initiatives. ✅ (This is an implied responsibility based on the role's focus) • Conduct market research studies or commission reports that provide insights into customer behavior patterns for targeted growth campaign development. ✅ (This is an implied responsibility based on the role's focus) • Develop and manage a comprehensive SEO strategy to improve organic search visibility, drive traffic towards conversion funnels, increase brand awareness, generate leads/conversions, and grow revenue streams through digital channels such as Google AdWords. ✅ (This is an implied responsibility based on the role's focus) • Develop a comprehensive email marketing strategy that includes segmentation of target audiences to deliver personalized content across various stages in customer journeys, from awareness and consideration through conversion funnels towards retention. ✅ (This is an implied responsibility based on the role's focus) • Develop a comprehensive paid advertising strategy that includes Google AdWords campaign management as well as other digital channels such as Facebook/Instagram ads, LinkedIn sponsored content and native advertising to drive traffic towards conversion funnels. ✅ (This is an implied responsibility based on the role's focus) • Develop a comprehensive retention strategy that includes personalized communication plans across various stages in customer journeys from awareness through loyalty programs, referral rewards and upselling/cross-selling opportunities to drive repeat business. ✅
