Remote Senior NA Insurance Telecommunications Program Manager Market Research

Responsibilities

• Constantly expand your network across reinsurance brokers, fronting carriers, MGAs and underwriting leaders, and represent Nirvana in the market as a go-to partner for new programs. • Source program opportunities through multiple channels, including broker and carrier relationships, underwriting talent, industry events and market research, so we see the best opportunities before the broader market. • Build and manage a continuous pipeline of opportunities across multiple lines of business, from first introduction through launch. • Build the business case for each program and help secure capacity, working with reinsurers, fronting carriers and Nirvana leadership. • Collaborate with senior leadership to shape our portfolio strategy: which lines and niches we enter, and how we build a diversified, multi-line insurance platform.

For this role, the estimated salary range including bonus is $137,000-$196,000. The actual base salary will vary depending on multiple factors unique to each candidate, including location, job-related knowledge, transferable skills, work experience and our assessment of your level during the interview process.
