Requirements
• You have 10+ years of business management experience. You have succeeded in high-performance operations, business development, or sales leadership roles in Germany before. • You’re scrappy. You enjoy working as part of a fast-moving, dynamic team and are willing to contribute wherever needed to make an impact. • You have strong cross-cultural competency and an effective project manager. You are able to communicate and do business across different cultures and countries and have experience working in cross-cultural environments. • You have strong interpersonal skills. You are able to manage and nurture high-performing relationships with local Orb Operators in Germany. You know that no two people are the same and are able to mediate and resolve conflicts. • You’re innovative. You love coming up with solutions to unconventional problems and taking action. • You’re analytical. You make data-driven decisions and are eager to contribute to larger strategy conversations. • You’re based in Munich, have the required work permit, and are ready to travel. You have extensive experience living and working in Germany, but are also able to spend 50-75% of your time on the road to drive growth in your region.
Responsibilities
• — Build/maintain relationships with regulators, partners, media, industry players, stakeholders • — Identify/pursue business opportunities, negotiate strategic partnerships • — Develop/execute comprehensive regional strategy aligned with global vision • — Analyze market trends/customer needs, adapt strategies, provide regional insights to global team • — Lead cross-functional projects with Product/Economics for healthy ecosystem & user engagement • — Manage country P&L, budgeting, forecasting, cost control for profitability • — 10+ years business management • (high-performance operations, business development, sales leadership in Germany/DACH) • — Scrappy, fast-moving, dynamic team player willing to contribute broadly • — Strong cross-cultural competency & project management • — Excellent interpersonal • for managing/nurturing Orb Operator relationships & conflict resolution • — Innovative problem-solver for unconventional challenges • — Analytical, data-driven decision maker • — Based in Munich with • — Ready to travel 50–75% within DACH region • to find jobs faster. • ⚠️ DYOR — I don’t verify jobs.
