Requirements

• Degree or Apprenticeship in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, or similar technical field. • 5+ years of experience in fleet maintenance, repair, or workshop management. • 2+ years of direct people management experience, preferably in a technical and operational environment • Strong analytical and budgeting skills with a focus on efficiency and quality. • Confident leader with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-site environment; travel to internal stations and external vendors within the market required. • Fluency in German and English, written and spoken • Proficient in maintenance or fleet management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
