• 5 or more years working within the Higher Education Industry. • 5 or more years of experience working with Ellucian Banner, demonstrating advanced user proficiency. • Experience implementing the Banner Finance module at a college or university. • Strong knowledge of financial operations, including general accounting, budgeting, and purchasing within the higher education industry. • Experience in a consulting capacity, focusing on enhancing business processes and demonstrating success in creating efficiency. • Ability to troubleshoot functional issues within Banner and communicate user requirements to the technical support team. • Exceptional oral and written communication skills and a proven customer service approach. • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time. • up to 50% • Experience managing project-based work. • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. • Certified Public Accountant. • Pay Transparency • Pay Transparency • The salary range is $90,000 -$120,000 + bonus • Health, Vision, Dental & Life Insurance • Short & Long Term Disability • Paid Parental Leave • 3 Weeks Vacation, Sick Leave & Paid Holidays • 401(K) with a 5% Employer Contribution • The listed salary range for this position is indicative and subject to adjustment based on the candidate's unique skills and location.
