Responsibilities
• Technical Leadership: Lead the design, development, and maintenance of a robust platform that allows users to create, manage, and orchestrate AI agents and their interactions. • Multi-Agent Frameworks: Build and optimize frameworks for multi-agent coordination, leveraging orchestration tools like LangGraph to enable complex workflows and pipelines. • LLM Integration: Work with multiple LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere) to ensure seamless integration and scalability for individual and collaborative agent operations. • Evaluation Frameworks: Develop and implement systems to test AI agents in complex scenarios, focusing on both individual performance and system-level dynamics. • AI Innovation: Stay ahead of AI advancements, incorporating the latest research and technologies to enhance agent collaboration and capabilities. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and frontend engineers to deliver a seamless user experience for building and deploying intelligent systems. • Search Integration: Improve and integrate search capabilities into the platform to provide agents with essential information access.
