Requirements

Responsibilities

• Case Management: Track each case from sign-up through litigation to resolution, ensuring deadlines and milestones are met. • Case Management: • Calendar Management: Oversee discovery and filing deadlines, ensuring all dates are well-documented and tracked. • Calendar Management: • Medical Records Management: Coordinate the ordering, tracking, and follow-up of medical records, ensuring all are received and in order. • Medical Records Management: • Document Management: Handle the organization and preparation of legal documents, ensuring everything is filed accurately. • Document Management: • Client Communication: Serve as a point of contact for clients, providing updates and responding to inquiries with professionalism. • Client Communication: • Scheduling: Organize depositions, mediations, and court proceedings, ensuring all parties are informed and prepared. • Scheduling: • Litigation Support: Assist attorneys with discovery responses, document drafting, and evidence gathering. • Litigation Support: • Accountability Driving: Actively hold the attorney accountable by following up on deadlines, pushing next steps, and ensuring no case stalls. • Accountability Driving:
