Requirements
• U.S. Litigation Experience: 3–5+ years of experience supporting U.S.-based law firms, ideally with hands-on litigation support experience. • Discovery Experience: Strong ability to help draft discovery, respond to discovery, organize related documentation, and support attorneys through the discovery process. • Strong English Communication: Clear, natural, and professional verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to make clients feel comfortable and understood. • Strong English Communication: • Client-Facing Confidence: Comfortable calling clients directly, gathering information, and communicating with professionalism and empathy. • Client-Facing Confidence: • Clio Experience: Familiarity with Clio is preferred, especially entering information, categorizing documents, labeling files, and keeping case materials organized. • Detail-Oriented: High attention to detail, especially with legal documents, deadlines, case information, and follow-through. • Detail-Oriented: • Proactive and Independent: Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and move tasks forward without waiting for constant direction. • Proactive and Independent: • Remote Work Readiness: Comfortable working remotely while maintaining consistent productivity, reliability, and clear communication during Eastern Standard Time (EST) working hours. • Remote Work Readiness:
Responsibilities
• Case Management: Help track active cases, ensure key steps are completed accurately, and keep litigation workflows moving without unnecessary delays. • Case Management: • Client Communication: Call clients, gather case-related information, provide updates, and communicate in a clear, professional, client-friendly manner. • Client Communication: • Document Management: Organize, label, categorize, and name legal documents accurately, including documents stored in Clio or similar case management platforms. • Document Management: • Calendar Management: Track important deadlines, court dates, discovery timelines, and attorney schedules to help ensure nothing is missed. • Calendar Management: • Medical Records Coordination: Assist with obtaining, tracking, and organizing medical records needed for case development. • Medical Records Coordination: • Scheduling: Help coordinate depositions, mediations, court proceedings, client calls, and other case-related appointments as needed. • Scheduling:
