Requirements

β€’ 8+ years of experience supporting technical partnerships and integrations, developer relations, or similar technical role with external stakeholders; customer facing background preferred (e.g. Technical consultant, Technical Project Manager, Technical Account Manager, Business Analyst) β€’ Excellent understanding of APIs and REST integrations β€’ Knowledge of SaaS platforms, cloud-based solutions, and web technologies β€’ Experience scoping projects, designing technical solutions, and delivering projects β€’ Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues β€’ Ability to adapt your communication to different audiences (highly technical vs. less/non- technical stakeholders) β€’ Organized, structured, rational and analytical way of working β€’ Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment β€’ Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum is a plus β€’ Enthusiasm for our culture explained here https://bit.ly/Convexity360L

Responsibilities

β€’ Become a Trello expert through our onboarding process β€’ Understand our product offering through training β€’ Master our platform and be able to support clients on basics requests through ticketing β€’ Master our integration possibilities (Workato, data lake, flat files, APIs) β€’ Work with clients to understand their technical requirements and scope projects accordingly β€’ Collaborate with our sales and development teams to design and implement solutions that meet client requirements β€’ Ensure successful delivery of projects on time and within budget β€’ Provide technical expertise and support to clients throughout the project lifecycle β€’ Continuously learn about new technologies and stay up-to-date with industry trends β€’ Develop and maintain technical documentation and project plans β€’ Participate in client-facing meetings and presentations β€’ Develop repeatable and scalable processes to improve project quality and delivery β€’ Be able to support the team on difficult integrations & troubleshooting issues β€’ Contribute to our knowledge base to share best practices and lessons learned β€’ Work with our partner ecosystem to strengthen the services proposed to our clients β€’ Deliver platform audits to clients β€’ Create and propose new services to our Professional Service catalog β€’ Present our value proposition to prospects or other SaaS companies and 3rd party developers to encourage them to integrate with our platform
