Requirements
• Has 4+ years (Senior Account Manager) 5+ years (Account Director) 7+ years (Associate DIrector) experience in communications, PR or integrated marketing • Has substantial experience working with personal finance brands • Demonstrates expertise across one or more of the following sectors: • Wealth management • Pensions and retirement • Financial wellbeing • Understands how consumers engage with financial products and services • Has experience developing integrated campaigns that combine content, social media, earned media and creative storytelling • Can confidently lead strategic discussions with senior stakeholders • Has a track record of generating creative ideas and translating them into successful campaigns • Is passionate about making financial services more accessible and engaging • Demonstrates excellent organisational and project management skills • Can effectively manage, motivate and develop teams • Maintains high standards and takes pride in delivering exceptional work • Brings curiosity, energy and a collaborative mindset to everything they do
Responsibilities
• Leading integrated communications programmes from strategy through execution • Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic counsel and creative ideas that support business objectives • Developing campaigns that combine earned, owned, shared and paid channels • Building compelling narratives that make complex financial topics engaging and accessible • Leading content programmes including thought leadership, executive profiling, social media and campaign assets • Identifying proactive opportunities to generate awareness, engagement and business impact • Managing and mentoring account teams to ensure work is delivered to the highest standard • Building strong relationships with senior client stakeholders • Helping lead planning workshops, annual strategy sessions and campaign development meetings • Supporting and contributing to new business pitches and agency growth initiatives • Working closely with specialists across content, creative, social and digital disciplines to deliver integrated programmes
