Mitratech - Training and Enablement Specialist
Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in training, instructional design, customer success, or a related role • Demonstrated ability to design and deliver effective training programs to diverse audiences • Proficient oral communication and presentation skills; comfortable presenting to large virtual audiences • Experience with Zoom Webinars or similar virtual training platforms • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) • Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Self-starter who can work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision • Data literacy — comfortable pulling, reading, and acting on training metrics and engagement data • Experience with Articulate 360 (Storyline or Rise) or similar eLearning authoring tools • Video creation and editing experience (e.g., Camtasia, Loom, or similar) • Salesforce experience for managing case queues and looking up account data • Background in HR, HCM, or enterprise SaaS • Experience in a high-growth or post-acquisition environment supporting multiple products • Formal education or certification in instructional design, adult learning, or a related field • Bachelor's degree OR equivalent combination of education and experience • We will disclose intended pay ranges in our job ads for US-based opportunities – This role can be performed 100% remote anywhere in the US. Builds strong working relationships at all levels. • Instructional Design & Content Creation: Skilled in creating engaging learning experiences across multiple formats — live presentations, eLearning (Articulate), video, written content — with a strong sense of what makes training land effectively for diverse audiences. • Positive, Adaptable Mindset: Approaches change and ambiguity with a constructive attitude. Models resilience and enthusiasm for the team and brings energy to client-facing and cross-functional engagements. • Persuasive Communication: Communicates clearly and compellingly in writing and verbally; adapts style and content to diverse audiences ranging from end users to executive stakeholders. • Thoroughness & Attention to Detail: Ensures work is accurate and complete; follows through on commitments and maintains high standards for quality across all deliverables. • Experience, Skills, Abilities, Education, and Certifications
