Requirements
• At least 2 years of recruitment experience conducting end-to-end recruitment processes • Proven experience hiring for engineering or other technical roles is heavily preferred • Strong sourcing skills and experience with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter • Solid understanding of technical roles, stacks, and hiring trends • Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities independently • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Psychology, or Computer Science) • Strong written and verbal English communication skills (C1+ preferred)
Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technical roles (e.g., Software Engineers, QA, DevOps, Product) • Source candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, direct outreach) • Screen and assess candidates for technical and cultural fit • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates • Maintain accurate data in ATS and ensure recruitment metrics are tracked and reported
