Requirements
• Curious about the future of AI and emerging technologies, have a strong sense of ownership with enthusiasm for applying your legal expertise to cutting-edge products. • Experienced in navigating fast-paced, high-growth environments, with the ability to manage ambiguity and make informed, timely decisions. • Comfortable working independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional and global colleagues. • Proactive, business-minded, and committed to delivering practical solutions that support both compliance and commercial success. • Law degree and qualification to practice law in a relevant EMEA jurisdiction • 5+ years of relevant post-qualification legal experience (in-house experience in technology or SaaS strongly preferred). • Proven track record drafting and negotiating complex commercial and technology agreements. • Strong knowledge of enterprise software licensing, SaaS, data protection, and intellectual property. • Experience advising on privacy, cybersecurity, and cross-border data transfer issues. • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. • Comfort in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities and tight deadlines • This role is remote and can be executed globally. If you prefer, you can work from our offices in Bangalore, Dublin, London, New York, San Francisco, Madrid, Tokyo, and Warsaw.
Responsibilities
• Learning & development: ElevenLabs proactively supports professional development through an annual discretionary stipend. • Social travel: We also provide an annual discretionary stipend to meet up with colleagues each year, however you choose. • Annual company offsite: Each year, we bring the entire team together in a new location - past offsites have included Croatia and Italy. • Co-working: If you’re not located near one of our main hubs, we offer a monthly co-working stipend. • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, with a primary focus on GTM/Sales transactions in EMEA, including enterprise customer contracts • Partner with sales, business development, and operations teams to design and implement strategies that support high-growth go-to-market initiatives. • Monitor and interpret evolving European legal and regulatory developments, including data protection, technology, and AI-related frameworks, and apply this knowledge to contract drafting and risk assessment. • Develop, maintain, and localize contract templates, playbooks, and policies to reflect regional requirements and industry best practices. • Provide clear, pragmatic, and commercially focused legal advice to cross-functional teams, tailoring advice to enable responsible growth and innovation. • Contribute to scaling the Legal Team’s commercial function, fostering a collaborative, solutions-oriented team culture.
