Requirements

• Strong understanding of performance marketing and the ability to extract insights from data. • Upper-Intermediate English level or higher. • Experience in creative production with a focus on scalability and automation. • Knowledge of social media video trends and best-performing formats. • Ability to collaborate closely with AI Content Creator and AI Prompt Engineer. • Strong producer mindset, spotting content potential and evaluating its business impact. • Experience in creating high creative quality ads that drive results such as conversion rate, CTR, and CPA. • Ability to learn quickly and work independently with a proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement scalable, automated creatives that consistently drive results. • Ensure high creative quality with a strong focus on performance metrics such as conversion rate, CTR, and CPA. • Continuously research new trends and creative ideas for paid advertising. • Collaborate closely with AI Content Creator and AI Prompt Engineer to integrate AI into the creative production process.
