Ethos Life - Principal, Offline Acquisition Marketing

• Proven track record of success in-house at a high growth direct response B2C start-up. Fintech or Insuretech preferred. • A deep knowledge of the landscape across traditional offline, streaming TV and online video. Ideal candidate has experience with additional channels like: TV, online video, partnerships. • Ability to work autonomously, learn quickly, prioritize effectively, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment (ideally, experienced in startup companies). • Executive presence and communication skills to influence senior leaders, drive cross-functional alignment, and build buy-in for high impact growth strategies. • A minimum of 5 years experience managing offline performance marketing campaigns at high growth companies where user acquisition was critical to the company’s growth. • Advanced MS Excel and ability to work effectively with AI tools (ie, Hex, Claude, Gemini). • Excited by the chance to both develop a marketing strategy and hands on optimization. • Experience with adtech and data teams to prioritize your platform and measurement needs. • Have a rigorous approach to testing, iterating, and implementing learnings. • #LI-Remote #LI-CM1 • #LI-Remote #LI-CM1 • The US national base salary range for this full-time position is $127,000 - $223,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations.
