Requirements

• 1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or related fields. • 2. 1 to 3 years of work experience in sales, customer support, or operations. • 3. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. • 4. Comfortable communicating with international clients and teams. • 5. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. • 6. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. • 7. Interest in blockchain, crypto, or emerging technologies. • 1. Basic understanding of blockchain ecosystems, Web3 infrastructure, or digital assets. • 2. Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar systems. • 3. Responsibilities

• 1. Support the sales team in managing client communications, scheduling meetings, and coordinating follow-ups. • 2. Act as a client-facing point of contact for initial inquiries and routine communications. • 3. Assist in preparing sales materials, presentations, and proposals for prospective clients. • 4. Maintain and update records in CRM systems, including tracking leads, opportunities, and client interactions. • 5. Conduct basic research on potential clients, protocols, funds, and ecosystem partners. • 6. Help coordinate internal communication between sales, product, and technical teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
