Requirements
• Create clear, localized communications and education materials that help employees understand and get the most from their benefits and leave programs. • Lead enrollment campaigns, information sessions, and ongoing education efforts tailored to each market. • Ensure employees in every geography experience their benefits as intentionally designed for them — not as an extension of a US-centric program. • Handle employee inquiries and escalations with responsiveness, accuracy, and empathy. • VENDOR & BROKER MANAGEMENT • Build and maintain strong relationships with international brokers, carriers, and benefits vendors. • Lead RFP processes, contract negotiations, and performance reviews. • Drive the internal security and compliance review process for onboarding new vendors. • COMPLIANCE & REPORTING • Ensure all benefits and leave programs comply with local laws and regulations in each operating country. • Support audits, filings, and statutory reporting across multiple jurisdictions. • Track and analyze utilization, cost, and employee sentiment data to inform program decisions. • 6–10 years of experience in benefits program management with meaningful exposure to multi-country design and administration across EMEA and/or APAC. • Deep knowledge of international benefits and leave programs — including statutory requirements, market practices, and plan structures. Direct experience in any combination of the UK, Ireland, France, Germany, Spain, Sweden, India, Singapore, or Australia is strongly preferred. • Strong US benefits literacy — you don't need to be a US expert, but you should be comfortable participating in US plan discussions and cross-regional strategy. • Workday proficiency — hands-on experience administering benefits in Workday, including configuration, eligibility, and reporting. • Vendor and broker management experience — you know how to hold partners accountable and drive results across a fragmented vendor landscape. • Exceptional communication skills — you can translate complex, country-specific benefits details into clear, engaging materials for a global workforce. • Operational excellence — organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing competing priorities across time zones and regulatory environments. • Builder mentality — you thrive where programs are being created or reshaped, not just maintained. • AI curiosity or experience — you've started using AI tools to streamline benefits work, or you're eager to. We believe AI can dramatically enhance the impact of benefits programs, and we want someone who shares that belief. • DEPENDING ON YOUR LOCATION, AN APPLICANT PRIVACY NOTICE MAY APPLY TO YOU. Responsibilities
• PROGRAM DESIGN & STRATEGY • Own the design and optimization of benefits and leave of absence programs across the UK, Ireland, France, Spain, Germany, Sweden, India, Singapore, and Australia. • Build a global benefits philosophy that balances local competitiveness with cross-market consistency. • Conduct regular benchmarking in each geography, partnering with local brokers to stay current on statutory requirements, market norms, and emerging trends. • Lead plan redesigns as Harvey's workforce evolves — identifying gaps, proposing enhancements, and building the business case for change. • Partner with US-based benefits program managers on global strategy and cross-regional alignment. • OPERATIONS & ADMINISTRATION • Manage the full lifecycle of benefits and leave programs across all assigned countries — including renewals, plan changes, carrier transitions, and open enrollment. • Coordinate across a broad network of brokers, insurers, and third-party administrators to ensure seamless delivery. • Administer benefits and leave of absence programs in Workday, ensuring data accuracy, process automation, and a clean employee experience. • Navigate carrier and vendor portals across geographies, managing configurations, eligibility files, and reporting. • Support US open enrollment and benefits communications to ensure global continuity.
