Requirements
• 2–4+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or a related field (public accounting, FP&A, or startup experience preferred) • Strong foundation in accounting principles and financial statements (GAAP familiarity required) • Experience working with financial systems (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar) • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills, with comfort analyzing and working with data • Interest in moving beyond accounting into broader financial analysis and business partnership • Working Style • Working Style • Detail-oriented with strong ownership over your work • Structured and reliable—you consistently meet deadlines and maintain accuracy • Curious and analytical—you seek to understand the drivers behind the numbers • Low ego, high accountability—you take pride in both execution and impact • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
