Requirements
• Pursuing Undergraduate degree in the UK with placement year requirements. • Good communication, interpersonal skills and attention to detail. • Team-player always willing to listen, collaborate and learn • Flexible and able to operate effectively within ambiguity, uncertainty and change • Have basic skills in HTML, CSS and Java Script • Have, or willing to learn, basic technical skills in CSS and connect to APIs (SOAP / REST). • Knowledge of AWS quicksight will be an added advantage
Responsibilities
• Alignment with customers objectives and key success criteria and fulfillment of agreed customer outcomes • Build customer end to end digital transformation journey including data flows, dashboards & storyboards • Serve as the first line contact to resolve customer issues. Answer support tickets in timely fashion • Work closely with Customer success leads to all aspects of customer management. • Build and configure product based on the customer workflow
