Requirements
• 8+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or similar customer-facing technical roles. • Experience managing or mentoring technical teams, with a strong interest in people leadership and team development. • Proven experience working with enterprise customers and complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes. • Strong technical background, including proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript ecosystems. • Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure); familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform. • Solid understanding of enterprise security, compliance, and IT procurement processes. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior leadership. • Experience building or improving processes in a fast-growing, ambiguous environment. • A proactive, organised approach with the ability to drive initiatives from concept to completion. • Passion for AI and a commitment to its secure and responsible deployment. • Location: London, United Kingdom • Logistics: Hybrid. Responsibilities
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing Solutions Engineering team globally. • Act as a player-coach by directly supporting strategic enterprise deals as the senior technical point of contact. • Own and refine the technical pre-sales process, including discovery, solution design, demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts. • Partner closely with Sales leadership to drive pipeline growth, improve win rates, and shorten sales cycles. • Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term customer value realization. • Establish scalable playbooks, documentation, and best practices for pre-sales and early post-sales workflows. • Work with Product and Engineering to translate customer and field feedback into roadmap priorities. • Support complex implementations by guiding architecture decisions across customer environments (e.g. cloud, security, AI infrastructure). • Track and improve key performance metrics across the Solutions Engineering function.
