Requirements
• At least 5+ years of experience in B2B sales managing a vendor or channel ecosystem. • Proven success in building and expanding businesses internationally within the EMEA region. • Deep understanding of regional dynamics, cultural variances across Iberia, France, and Central Europe. • Strong skills in business planning, forecasting, analytical thinking, with a focus on sales strategies. • Ability to effectively influence and coach partner teams for better results. • Proven track record of building strong relationships and partnerships within the industry. • Self-motivated individual capable of prioritizing tasks in high-pressure environments. • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with a preference for fluency in English, Spanish, and French. • Experience using Microsoft Office tools, Salesforce, and NetSuite is required or preferred. • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).

• Align with global channel strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets. • Identify, recruit, and onboard high-value channel partners, ensuring long-term success. • Build bespo0123456789tive plans with focused partners to drive measurable growth. • Provide accurate monthly and quarterly forecasts to meet or exceed quota. • Execute partner programs, including: • - Joint business planning • - Pipeline reviews • - Deal close plans • Drive partner enablement through training and coaching on strategic selling. • Foster strong relationships with distributors and resellers to accelerate growth. • Collaborate with Sales Leadership, regional marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure coordinated execution across markets. • Monitor and report on partner performance, ensuring compliance with program requirements. • Represent Foxit at regional partner events and industry conferences to strengthen relationships and brand presence.
