Requirements
• 4+ years of experience in consulting, banking, strategy, or business operations. Startup experience in a similar GTM operations role, specifically SaaS pricing, sales, marketing, and operations strongly preferred. • Experience negotiating complex customer partnerships • Familiarity with navigating sales cycles • Strong understanding of developing GTM operations using data-driven decision-making • Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field, or equivalent professional experience • Even better... • Even better... • Experience in partnerships, business development, and value engineering roles • Familiarity with AI or conversational AI technologies • Previous 0-1 startup or fast-paced high-growth environment experience • Our values • Our values • Trust: We build trust with our customers with our accountability, empathy, quality, and responsiveness. Responsibilities
• Work with sales team to develop and deliver pricing proposals and ROI case studies for customers. • Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to define overall pricing and packaging strategy. • Negotiate complex customer partnerships. • Navigate sales cycles effectively. • Develop GTM operations using data-driven decision-making.
