• Coordinate shipment scheduling using internal WMS and external carrier systems for both inbound to Poland/UK warehouses and outbound into marketplaces like Amazon and Bol. Ensure timely communication and execution of pickups and deliveries. • Monitor the delivery appointment schedule via a cloud-based application, responding to escalations from shippers and carriers regarding timing and availability issues. • Collect, analyze, and interpret transportation data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for cost savings or service enhancements; present insights and recommendations as appropriate. • Identify, lead, and implement process improvement initiatives collaboratively with cross-functional teams aimed at increasing operational efficiency, scalability, and quality of transportation functions.
