Lumos - Manager - GIS
Requirements
• 5+ years’ experience in CAD, GIS, and telecommunications industry. • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred. • Proactive, independent, and ability to take initiative to keep on-task and on-target. • Experience leading teams, guiding employees from a career perspective focused on continuous improvement, performance management, long-term development, and employee relations in consultation with human resources and other teams. • Fiber or Telecom industry experience required. • Constantly operates computer, keyboard, and related peripherals. • Frequent sedentary periods using computer, keyboard, and other peripherals. • Near-constant use of sight, speech, hearing, comprehension, and reasoning.
