Responsibilities
• Strategic Vision & Execution: Set the global analyst relations strategy across our core and emerging portfolio. Drive execution by partnering cross-functionally across Communications, PMM and R&D. • Strategic Vision & Execution: • Analyst Engagement & Advocacy: Build and nurture deep, trust-based relationships with tier-one firms (Gartner, Forrester, IDC) and key industry consultants. Lead strategic advisory sessions, briefings, inquiries, and flagship events like our Analyst Summit. • Analyst Engagement & Advocacy: • Category & Audience Expansion: Identify high-impact opportunities to amplify our story beyond traditional coverage and reports, educating and influencing analysts in new and emerging market spaces and gaining insight to feed back to the business and inform our roadmap from the analysts’ expertise. • Category & Audience Expansion: • Evaluations & Content Architecture: Drive the end-to-end strategy and content submission process for major market reports (Magic Quadrants, Waves, MarketScapes), collaborating with product marketing and senior leadership to ensure winning positioning. • Evaluations & Content Architecture: • Executive Coaching & Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor to senior executives and product leaders; provide sharp feedback on messaging and thoroughly prepare spokespeople for high-stakes analyst engagements. • Executive Coaching & Advisory: • Team Leadership & Process Excellence: Scale and optimize the AR function, improving organizational structures, managing budgets, and implementing processes that elevate the entire team's execution. • Team Leadership & Process Excellence:

The information below is provided for candidates hired in those locations only. • The estimated pay ranges for this role are as follows: • Based in Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Vermont or Washington D.C. : $207,200 - $259,000. • Based in New York, New Jersey, Washington State, or California (outside of the San Francisco Bay area): $219,360 - $274,200. • Based in the San Francisco Bay area, California: $243,680 - $304,600. • This role may be eligible to participate in Twilio’s equity plan and corporate bonus plan.
