Requirements
• Lead discovery sessions to understand client business needs and translate them into Gainsight use cases. • Create and deliver impactful product demonstrations and presentations for both business and technical audiences. • Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to shape solution strategies and technical narratives. • Develop and present solution storyboards and configure demo environments tailored to client challenges. • Respond to technical RFPs/RFIs with accurate and timely input. • Support pilots and proof-of-concept engagements with a hands-on, consultative approach. • Participate in ongoing enablement, product updates, and internal knowledge sharing. • 2–5 years of experience in software pre-sales, consulting, product management, or customer success • Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills • Proven ability to work cross-functionally in complex sales cycles • Technical understanding of APIs, relational databases (SQL, Redshift, MongoDB), and SaaS architecture • Familiarity with Salesforce and data integration workflows preferred • Working knowledge of customer success, digital adoption, or community platforms
