• Security Clearance- Ability to obtain/maintain a Secret DoD clearance, U.S. Citizenship required. • Proficient MS Word and SharePoint, Excel required • Knowledge of other editing and publishing tools highly desired • Skills with graphics software packages such as Adobe Creative Cloud • Ability to work in high-pressure, deadline driven environments where priorities change quickly • Ability to learn and rapidly apply knowledge of the company's operations, corporate capabilities, and core competencies to develop strong proposals and marketing materials • Excellent time management and organizational skills • Proficient problem-solving and resource integration abilities • Ability to apply interpersonal skills in establishing and maintaining successful working relationships with corporate personnel, project managers, staff, and other business enterprises and partners • Education / Certifications • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university, with a preference for majors in English, law, philosophy, history or other discipline that indicate an ability to write accurately, well, and concisely in an organized fashion with strong citing of source material where required • APMP certification or active enrollment a plus • 2+ years of proposal or other relevant experience • Experience with Salesforce is a plus • Demonstrated experience working with diverse teams who are solving challenges • The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
