Requirements
• Minimum of a Master’s degree in a relevant field; PhD or equivalent advanced degree welcome. • At least 2 years of teaching experience at the undergraduate college/university level. • Preferred: Experience teaching in online, synchronous (live), or hybrid environments. • Strong communication, interpersonal, and classroom facilitation skills. • Comfort with digital tools and platforms, including LMS and video conferencing. • Comfort adapting to new educational technologies and a willingness to integrate AI-powered tools into your teaching. • Proactive, reliable, and committed to high-quality online education. • Passion for supporting students from diverse backgrounds. • Available to commit 8-10 hours per week per course, with some flexibility for training. • We welcome candidates from both technical and applied backgrounds who can bridge the gap between AI tools and practical, real-world workflows. • Practical AI Expertise: Demonstrated experience practically applying AI tools (e.g., generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, or AI-driven analytics) in professional, industry, and/or academic settings. • Equivalency: Candidates with a Master's degree in another field combined with significant, proven industry experience utilizing AI tools in business operations or data analysis are highly encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
• Teach 11-week live, synchronous , online courses using engaging, student-centered instructional strategies. • Foster an inclusive, supportive environment that promotes active learning and student participation. • Provide timely, constructive feedback and respond to student inquiries within one to two business days. • Host weekly office hours. • Work with Teaching Assistants to co-manage the course, including mentoring the TAs on effective grading and student engagement practices. • Evaluate student progress, maintain grade records, and submit mid quarter and end of quarter evaluations. • Participate in optional professional development opportunities and peer-sharing sessions organized by Campus.
