Requirements

• Must Have: • Proven experience leading end-to-end HubSpot implementations. • Strong HubSpot architecture and data modeling expertise. • Hands-on experience building workflows, automation, routing, and scoring in HubSpot. • Experience integrating HubSpot with external tools (native and/or middleware). • Ability to manage data migration, cleanup, and QA processes for HubSpot implementations. • Strong documentation and handoff discipline when delivering projects. • Excellent written and spoken English skills are required as this role involves client interaction or consultation experience. • Nice To Have: • HubSpot certifications (e.g., Certified HubSpot Administrator, Advanced Sales Admin). • RevOps or GTM operations background to understand the broader context of HubSpot's ecosystem and its impact on implementation strategies. • Experience with B2B, B2C, or hybrid sales motions as it may influence how marketing automation is set up within HubSpot for different customer types. • Familiarity with other integration/automation tools like Make (HubSpot's native tool) and Zapier to streamline workflow creation in the client environment. • Experience building executive-level reporting and dashboards, which can be beneficial when delivering a production-ready HubSpot instance for operational visibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead a one-time end-to-end implementation of HubSpot across CRM, Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs. • Own platform architecture, configuration, automation, and handoff to production readiness. • Work closely with internal stakeholders and the client on designing scalable, well-governed HubSpot instances aligned to real GTM workflows. • Architect HubSpot across all Hubs (CRM, Marketing, Sales, Service, Ops). • Design data model including lifecycle stages, pipelines, and core objects for the CRM architecture documentation. • Configure workflows, automation, lead routing, scoring within HubSpot to align with client's GTM processes. • Implement integrations between HubSpot and existing stack of external tools used by the client’s organization. • Support data migration from legacy systems into HubSpot while ensuring cleanup and quality assurance (QA). • Build dashboards and reporting for operational visibility as well as executive overview to aid decision making within the company. • Document system architecture, implementation decisions thoroughly in a manner that supports handoff of production readiness.
