• You have 5+ years of experience in analytics, data, or performance marketing, ideally within DTC or ecommerce environments • You demonstrate a proven ability to translate data into business impact and decision-making, leveraging modern tools and AI where relevant • You have experience working with analytics and data tools (e.g. SQL, Databricks, Tableau, Google Analytics or similar) • You have experience with attribution, incrementality and performance analysis across channels • You have a strong understanding of eCommerce / DTC metrics (conversion, CAC, LTV, retention, etc.) • You show strong interest and experience in AI, automation and new technologies, with a hands-on mindset to test and implement new solutions • You have experience working with eCommerce platforms (e.g. Shopify), which is a plus • You bring a hands-on, pragmatic and performance-driven mindset • You are fluent in English and German • Being part of our team means joining a high-performing company with a diverse and inclusive culture.
